So now that you've seen First Man it's now time to go Behind the Mind.
Took about two hours for Carlos to get into Clinton make-up. That's Carlos and his make-up artist, James.
Most of this sketch was shot on Green Screen. What that means is that, most of the actions was shot behind a special green backdrop. When the film is imported into a computer, that green backdrop can be digitally replaced by a any background we choose. Not having to build a set for each sketch saves us money. It's does however take a great deal of time to make it look right.
The shots have to be specially lit, and the computer
graphic guys have to find a background that matches.
There were many meetings on this piece about whether we should on a Oval office set...or use the green screen. We were having a hard time find a great oval office backdrop.

Chelsea Clinton was played by Jennifer Elise Cox, who played Jan Brady in the Very Brady Movie
