It was announced today that Carlos Mencia will be the host for the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. For those of you who don't know what those are...it's the special ceremony for the awards they don't have time to give out during the big show. You know it's just matter of time before he hosts the emmys. But I guess it's smart to start slow...you never now what Carlos is going say. Especially since the Academy has over looked the Mind the Mencia for the past three seasons.
